Terms of Service

By accessing or using Web Prismio's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use our website and services.

Web Prismio provides web design and development services, including but not limited to: • Custom website design and development • Landing page creation • WhatsApp funnel integration • Google Maps optimization • Lead generation systems • Website maintenance and support The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements.

Our typical project process includes: 1. Initial consultation and discovery 2. Proposal and quotation 3. Agreement and deposit payment 4. Design and development phases 5. Client review and revisions (as specified in your package) 6. Final approval and launch 7. Handover and documentation Timelines and deliverables are outlined in individual project agreements.

• A deposit (typically 50%) is required to commence work • Final payment is due upon project completion, before website launch • We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers, and international wire transfers • All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise specified • Late payments may incur additional charges and delay project delivery

• The number of revision rounds is specified in your service package • Revisions refer to minor changes within the agreed scope • Major changes or scope additions may require additional fees • Change requests should be submitted in writing • We reserve the right to quote additional costs for out-of-scope work

Upon full payment: • You own the final website design and content you provide • You receive a license to use any stock images or fonts we've licensed for your project • We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio • Any custom code developed specifically for your project becomes your property We retain ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, or templates used across multiple projects.

Clients are responsible for: • Providing accurate and complete project requirements • Supplying necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner • Reviewing and providing feedback within agreed timeframes • Ensuring they have rights to any content they provide • Maintaining their website after project handover (unless maintenance is contracted)

• We warrant that our work will be performed professionally and with reasonable care • We provide a 30-day bug-fix period after launch for technical issues • We do not guarantee specific business results (leads, sales, rankings) • We are not liable for third-party services, hosting outages, or factors beyond our control • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination: • Client pays for all work completed up to termination • Any deposits for incomplete work may be partially refundable, at our discretion • We will provide any completed deliverables upon settlement of outstanding amounts

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the courts of Kenya.
